Dr. William Marsh Interview

Dr.Will Marsh, a celebrated UBC scholar and author of ‘Landscape Planning Environmental Applications’ and a director of UBC’s Small Towns Initiative, was heavily involved in the very early stages of the land use planning around the Lantzville Foothills.
